Production process of women’s seamless underwear
Raw material loading, integrated weaving, setting and preshrinking, dyeing and washing, crotch lining, seamless hemming, ironing and quality inspection, finished product.
Integrated weaving
The fabric is blended with nylon and spandex, or modal and spandex, and woven on a machine with zoned weaving. The waistband is high-elastic and densely woven, the hip area is loosely woven for shaping, and the crotch area is reserved with a fitting position, resulting in an integrated, seamless shape.
High-temperature setting
After weaving, heat setting at high temperature is performed to fix the shape, prevent deformation and relaxation due to washing, and ensure that the garment remains tight and does not curl after prolonged wear.
Washing and dyeing
removing fabric slurry and floating colors, achieving skin friendly and non irritating results, and eliminating color fading issues.
Crotch fitting
Separate fitting of pure cotton/antibacterial modal crotch, using seamless fitting technology, without thick stitching, breathable and sweat proof.
Leg and waist back trimming
No stitching, relying on the inherent elasticity of the fabric to achieve a smooth and snug fit on the skin.
